This is a stamped anodized aluminum bilge pump switch. Two means of alarm (visual and sound) are activated when water level in your bilge is beyond your bilge pump float switch level. Operation manual: See picture attached to this listing with drawings and instructions. Measurements: 2.5″ by 3.25″ installation: A float switch should be mounted approximately 8 inches above the existing float switch that operates that bilge pump. A two strand electrical cable should be then ran from the second float switch to the location on the bilge water alarm panel. See picture 5. Item: P10297.
